About Me
Founder, W Coe Concierge

Who I Am
I’m W Coe — a Marin native, father of three, and someone who shows up when it matters. I’m the guy people call when they need steady hands, practical help, and a calm, capable presence. Through W Coe Concierge, I bring that same commitment to older adults who want to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes.

Why I Do This Work
Helping others has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve supported aging family members, neighbors, and friends — whether running errands, troubleshooting tech, or making their home safer. I saw how even small acts of service made a big difference in their confidence and peace of mind. W Coe Concierge grew from this calling: to provide hands-on, personalized support that allows people to thrive where they feel most at ease — at home.

My Background
I grew up in Mill Valley, moved to Tiburon during grade school, and now live in San Rafael. After graduating from Redwood High School, I earned my degree from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where I also sailed competitively on the varsity team. My professional path has spanned roles at top Bay Area tech companies like Adobe and Autodesk. Later, I founded and sold a successful corporate meeting and event planning firm, and then moved into advising early-stage startups. Across it all, one theme has remained: being someone others can rely on.

My Approach
My background in hospitality taught me the importance of being attentive, discreet, and thoughtful — qualities that guide how I work with clients today. I take the time to understand what each person needs, identify any risks or gaps, and deliver tailored solutions with compassion and care. Whether it’s simplifying daily routines, coordinating services, or just being there as a trusted friend, my goal is always to create peace of mind for both clients and their families.

When I’m Not Working
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad and an outdoor enthusiast. You’ll often find me wing foiling under the Golden Gate or mountain biking the trails of Mt.Tam.
